Notes: Once we have received your reservation form, we will first double check that the apartment is available, and then we will contact you by email with the following;

~ a confirmation that the apartment is available for your chosen dates - we will hold this availability for you for up to 14 days whilst we await payment of your booking deposit.

~ a request for a booking deposit - this will be 20% of the total rental cost of your booking, this is required to guarantee the booking.

~ details of our bank account (Raiffeisen Bank in Dubrovnik) and instructions regarding the bank transfer of the booking deposit.
