Citybase Apartments is a UK company providing serviced
apartments throughout the UK. The Citybase brand evolved
from another brand known as Central London Apartments which
was launched in early 2002. To accommodate client demand for
locations outside of London, Citybase was launched in 2007.
The new website features towns, cities and corporate locations
in the North, Central and South
of England with over 3500 apartments available to choose
from.
Serviced apartments in London make up approximately 50% of the
total portfolio. In the south the other cities include; Cambridge
apartments and in the south west, Bristol
apartments. More locations will follow as clients tell us
about their new corporate bases.
In the North the range includes apartments
in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Scotland is now the home of many of the largest companies in
the UK in some shape of form, whether that is where the head
office is based or regional offices. Favourable employment factors
make this choice of location ideal. Aberdeen
apartments have become very popular due to the number of
exploration campanies that base their offices close to their
exploration platforms in the North sea.
In Wales, we offer a diverse range of apartments
in Cardiff. We enjoy strong links with the Cardiff
Tourism Office, which promotes leisure as well as business.
The conference, meetings and events market is growing. It is
characterised by its high yield in terms of revenue, and the
fact it is not restricted by being a seasonal market. Business
tourism in Wales currently accounts for only 6% of the UK business
tourism market. Cardiff, however, is increasingly seen as a
top conference destination and has been voted one of the top
five conference destinations in the UK.
